Verizon and Samsung are sequentially rolling out the updates regularly to the eligible Samsung devices. A day back, the Verizon Galaxy A20, Galaxy S10 5G, and others have bagged a couple of new updates. Now, the Verizon Samsung Galaxy J7 (2nd Gen.) and Galaxy J7 V (2nd Gen.) smartphones have started picking a new update with the April 2021 Security Patch. The Galaxy J7 (2nd Gen) update bears the firmware version PPR1.180610.011.J737VPPVRS9BUC1, and the Galaxy J7 V (2nd Gen.) update holds the software version PPR1.180610.011.J737VVRS9BUC1.

What’s new?
Like all the previous updates, the new updates don’t bring any massive changes separated from the latest security patch. Notwithstanding, the security updates usually include fixes for encountered issues, improvements, etc. The changelog of this present update is dropped below.
