The Verizon-based Galaxy Tab S5e has started picking a new update with the Android 11-based One UI 3.1 Skin. The software version RP1A.200720.012.T727VVRU2DUE2 can identify the update, which is already live on many devices.
What’s new?
This software update brings the latest Android OS 11, with new features including Control Panel, Bubbles, One-time permissions, Permissions auto‑reset, Categorized Notifications, and One UI 3.1. Besides these, the firmware should also include the features of One UI 3.1 Skin.
Furthermore, the new firmware incorporated the May 2021 Security Patch. Once installed, you will be able to experience all the changes and new add-ons while using your device.
As always, the new update is taking place in a phased way, and the Galaxy Tab S5e users may need to wait for a while to experience the update. Alternatively, the update can be checked manually from Settings>Software updates and check for the updates. As it is a major update, we also suggest you maintain a minimum of 60% charging before updating.
