After the Verizon Galaxy A51 5G, Galaxy Note 10, Note 10+, and others, the Galaxy Note 9 has started tasting the March 2021 Security Patch update. The latest update, which carries the build version N960NKSU3FUC1, is rolling out to the unlocked and carrier variants (KT and SKT) in South Korea. However, we can expect a wider release shortly.

As of today, the changelog is currently unavailable. However, the new update comes with the fixes for the Exynos 990 processor’s three vulnerabilities and 16 other vulnerabilities related to Galaxy devices. Apart from these, it may accompany Google bug fixes, improvements, optimizations, enhancements, etc.
The Galaxy Note 9 users from Korea will automatically see a notification if the update hits your device. Likewise, head to Settings>Software updates to check the status manually. The update may take some time to reach all the users as it is following the staggered rollout.
