Samsung Galaxy Note 8 gets April 2021 Security Patch update

The Korean giant is rolling out a couple of new updates to different smartphones daily. Now, Samsung has started sending the April 2021 Security Patch update to the Galaxy Note 8 devices. Identified by the firmware version N950FXXSFDUD1 is currently rolling out in the United Kingdom, and by now, many users have already started experiencing it.

The changelog of this update is currently unavailable. However, the security patch updates usually incorporate user0reported bug fixes, improvements to apps and system, etc. Apart from these, we can’t expect anything more from the monthly security updates.

The Galaxy Note 8 users from the United Kingdom will be able to see a notification if the update reaches their device. Alternatively, users can also manually check the updated status by making a beeline to Settings>Software updates. If the update is available, then install it for an improved experience.
