Moments after the Galaxy Tab Active 3, Samsung has begun steering out the Android 11 update to the Galaxy M40 users. The update is currently taking place in India, and currently, it is unknown whether the update includes One UI 3.0 or 3.1. However, we will update the article once we get more information.

The changelog of this update is not available right now. However, like all the other Android 11 updates, it should also come with new features like Dynamic media controls, A built-in screen recorder, a Schedule dark theme, Grant temporary permission to apps, chat bubbles, auto permissions reset, a conversations section, and much more. Apart from this, the new update might also include bug fixes for reported/known issues, optimizations, improvements for the system and applications, etc.

The update follows the greyscale rollout as it needs to get verified. After the successful verification, all the users will be experiencing the update within a week. In the meantime, you can head to Settings>Software updates and Check for the updates.
