After the Galaxy Note FE, Verizon Galaxy A10e, and others, the April 2021 Security Patch update has started hitting the Galaxy A30s users. The update is currently rolling out on the firmware number A307FNXXS2BUC4, and it weighs approximately 104.73MB in size. Surprisingly, the device is still running One UI 2.0 Skin from its launch. As of now, the update is limited to Indian users only. However, we can expect the wider release shortly.

As the device is moving to the latest security patch, it usually includes bug fixes, enhancements, improvements, and it may also include new features if added. The security updates are usually pushed to improve the smartphone’s security patch level and increase the system stability.
The update is following the greyscale rollout and is expected to reach all the units within a week. Meanwhile, the Galaxy A30s users can manually check the update by heading to Settings>Software updates. If the update is available, then install it for better and improved performance.
