Samsung rolls out Android 11 update to the Galaxy A20e

Back in 2019, Samsung introduced the Galaxy A20e smartphone with Android 9.0 (Pie), and last year, it was upgraded to the Android 10 version. At the moment, the Galaxy A20e users are receiving the Android 11-based One UI 3.1 Skin inside it. The new update can be recognized on the firmware version A202FXXU3CUE9, and the company has initially released it only in Austria.

What’s new?

Regarding the changes, the new update comes with Android 11 and One UI 3.1 features, new user interface, May 2021 Security Patch, and it may also include the bug fixes for known issues and a few other improvements.

If we talk about a few Android 11 features, the update should include new features like Conversation notifications, Notification history, Chat bubbles, screen recorder, etc. On the other hand, the firmware should also appear with One UI 3.1 features like Video call effects, Eye comfort shield, Object eraser, and many others.

Regarding the availability, the Galaxy A20e users may need to wait for a few days to experience the new update as it needs to get verified. Likewise, the update can be checked manually from Settings>Software updates and check for the updates.
