June 2021 Security Patch update reaches the Galaxy M10 users

A day back, the Verizon Galaxy Tab A (8.4-inch) has secured the Android 11 update alongside the new security patch. And now, the Korean giant has begun sending the June 2021 Security Patch update to the Galaxy M10 users. Currently, the new firmware is spinning out in Vietnam markets. And we can expect a wider rollout within the next few days.

Concerning the changelog, the latest firmware includes nothing apart from the June security patch. And in some cases, it might also incorporate fixes for known bugs, improvements, enhancements, and a few others. The changelog is dropped below.

As always, the firmware is following the phase-wise rollout, and it may take several days to reach all the units. In the meantime, you can head over to Settings>Software updates and check for the updates. Suppose the update appears there, download and install it to experience the new security patch.

Galaxy M10 sports a 6.22-inch PLS IPS display with a resolution of 720 x 1520 pixels and a 19:9 ratio. Under the hood, it is powered by an Exynos 7870 Octa (14 nm) Chipset coupled with 2/3GB RAM and 16/32GB internal storage. In terms of camera, there’s a 13-Mp + 5-MP dual rear camera and a 5-MP selfie camera. For daily usage, there’s a 3,400 mAh battery, and it runs Android 8.1 (Oreo) out of the box.
