Galaxy Tab S7 Plus Lite becomes the latest device to taste the July 2021 Security Patch

In the last few months, Samsung initially released the new security updates to the Galaxy S21 and S20 Series. Now, surprisingly, the Korean giant has begun sending the July 2021 Security Patch update to the Galaxy Tab S7 Plus Lite. The latest update can be identified on the build number T735XXU1AUF4, and the users from Vietnam have begun receiving it. A wider rollout of this update can be expected within the next few days.

Concerning changes, the latest firmware includes nothing apart from the newest security patch and improvements for the Camera picture quality. On the off chance, the update might also incorporate fixes for known issues, optimizations, improvements, and loophole fixes. The changelog of the present update is as follows.

As always, the OTA update is turning out in a phased manner, and hence, uses will need to wait for a few more days to grab it. Alternatively, the update can be checked manually by heading over to Settings>Software updates>Check for updates. If any firmware shows up there, download and install it to secure your tablet.

In June, Samsung has introduced the Galaxy Tab S7 Plus Lite in selected markets. The device was out with a 12.4-inch display (1600 x 2560 Pixels) and a 90 Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, it is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 750 5G Chipset paired with 4/6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage. In optics, there’s a 13-MP + 5-MP dual rear camera and an 8-MP single selfie camera. A 7,000 mAh battery backs the device with 44.5W fast charging support.
