Recently, a couple of Verizon and other Galaxy M Series smartphones have secured new updates. Now, the Galaxy Tab Active 3 users have begun encountering a new update with the latest June 2021 Security Patch. The new update can be identified on the build version T575XXU3BUF1 and as of now, the update is taking place in many countries.
The July 2021 update is live in Argentina, Brazil, Slovakia, Czechia, Poland, Hungary, France, Portugal, Hong Kong, Slovenia, Serbia, Romania, Netherlands, Spain, Luxembourg, Italy, Greece, Germany, and United Kingdom.
According to the release note, the update for the Galaxy Tab Active 3 fuels brings enhancements for the Quick Share function by Improving the file sharing between Galaxy devices using Quick Share and increases the security patch level of the smartphone. Apart from these, the company has not added any new features to the tablet.
Undoubtedly, the new update is turning out in a phased manner and users of the Galaxy Tab Active 3 may need to wait for a few more days to grab the update. However, the firmware can also be checked manually from Settings>Software updates and check for the updates.
