In recent days, we have seen Samsung sending a couple of new updates to many devices and applications. On the previous day, the Galaxy S20 FE and Samsung Keyboard application have picked new firmware. A few hours back, the company has started turning out the July 2021 Security Patch update to the Galaxy S10 Lite.
The new update can be identified on the build number G770FXXS4EUF6 and users from Spain have currently started receiving it. A wider rollout can be expected within the next few days.
The latest update brings only the July 2021 Security Patch, and the changelog is not in our hands. It doesn’t mean that there’s nothing in this new update.
As per the Samsung & Google’s bulletin, the July security dispatches with fixes for several 20 vulnerabilities. The latest update might also include the fix for Android Auto bug that users were facing over the past few months.
The company is sending the update Over-The-Air (OTA), and hence, it generally takes a while to appear on all the units. However, a notification will pop up on your device if the update becomes available. Alternatively, the update can also be checked manually from Settings>Software updates>Check for the updates.
