The changelog of this update is not available at the moment. Nonetheless, like the previous updates, it might also include bug fixes, optimizations, enhancements, etc. Furthermore, as per Google’s bulletin, the July 2021 Security Patch update also brings several vulnerabilities ranging from high to critical, and it also adds fixes for the loopholes.
