Recently, the Galaxy M10 has secured a new update with the June 2021 Security Patch. And presently, the Korean units of the Galaxy M20 have begun receiving the July 2021 Security Patch update. The update is taking place on the firmware version M205NKSU6BUF2, and a broader rollout can be expected shortly.
Coming to the changes, the firmware includes nothing apart from the July security patch and adds a few system-related changes.
According to the changelog, it is said that the update compromises of application of stabilization code related to device security. In some cases, we can expect bugs for issues reported on Samsung community forums, improvements to the system, and a few others.
Like all the other OTA updates, it is also taking place in a staggered way and hence, it may take some time to reach the audience. However, the firmware status can also be checked manually by making a straightforward way to Settings>Software updates and check for the updates.
