It looks like Samsung has changed its rollout plan for July Patch. Instead of updating the top-range smartphones, a few moments back, Samsung updated the Galaxy XCover 5 and Galaxy Tab S7 Plus Lite devices. And presently, the company has started updating the Galaxy Fold and Galaxy Tab Active2 with the July 2021 Security Patch.
Galaxy Fold update
The new update for the Galaxy Fold includes the July 2021 Security Patch, and it is rolling on the firmware variant F900FXXS5EUF3. Presently, the firmware is limited only to the users of France, and we can expect the update to be released widely in the coming days. The changelog is currently unavailable and similar to the past updates, it may also include improvements for the camera and a few other performance improvements.
Galaxy Tab Active2 update
Samsung has begun sending the July 2021 Security Patch update to the Galaxy Tab Active2 users of South Korea with software version T395NKOSCCUF2. Concerning changelog, the new firmware carries some changes related to the application of terminal security-related stabilization code. Apart from that, the company has not added any further changes.
As the Galaxy Tab Active2 is scheduled to receive security updates quarterly, it has bumped directly from the January 2021 Security Patch. As always, the changelog is as follows.

Application of terminal security-related stabilization code
The Galaxy Fold and Galaxy Tab Active2 from the above regions will be notified automatically if the update arrives on their devices. Alternatively, users can also go to Settings>Software updates and check for the updates manually. It’s also worth noting that when the update is completed, the security policy is strengthened, so you cannot downgrade to an older software version with low security.
